One of our more fast-paced projects, Green to Go was moving into its first shopfront downtown after a successful start-up phase in the Uptown area. With such a tight layout to the frame, we worked to maximize the square footage for food prep and storage, while still ensuring ease of access and comfort for the clientele. These efficiencies translate into better profit margins for the owners, and remained fully compliant with federal, state, and city guidelines for foodservice facilities. This build took around 35 days.
