Poydras Properties, LLC owns and manages two high-rise office buildings located at 639 Loyola Avenue,
New Orleans, LA and 1250 Poydras Street, New Orleans, LA and has been doing business with Keta
Construction Company, a State of Louisiana licensed general contractor, since 2008 and have always
been very satisfied with the business relationship that has been developed.
Our two buildings are located on what is known as the Poydras Street Corridor. Along this stretch
of land are the cities highest profile office buildings. In our search for a contractor, we wanted one
that would exemplify our ideals of excellence in service to our tenants. Our search led us to Keta
Construction Company. Keta Construction Company had already established a positive reputation in
the commercial construction industry that was known to us as being second to none. Therefore, our
decision to contract with Keta Construction Company for the tenant build-out required in our buildings
was quite easy.
Over the past four years, I can definitely say that we have been nothing less than completely satisfied
with the product and service that Keta Construction Company has delivered to our buildings. Their
project managers, subcontractors and staff have been nothing short of first rate. All aspects of Keta
Construction Company’s contract job work have been delivered in a timely and efficient manner.
From the initial pricing and contracting all the way through to the substantial completion of punch-list
items and final close out, not once has Keta Construction Company disappointed the building owners/
managers and tenants. In so many words, Keta Construction Company comes very highly recommended
and I truly believe would be a great addition to your business operation. I have included below, a list of
